Barn Venue Information

• Seating for up to 200 guests with white linen overlays and white napkins included.
• Seating above 200 guests available for an additional fee. We can seat up to 361.
• Brand new FABULOUS restrooms with a lounge in each.
• Heaters or fans as needed.
• Indoor & outdoor ceremony locations. Ceremony chairs for wedding meadow available for an additional fee​.

Pub Venue Information

• The Fairway Room or Covered Patio
  - Capacity 35-40 seated
• Buyout the Pub 
  - Capacity up to 100 guests
• All events include black or white tablecloths and napkins, set-up and teardown, food and beverage equipment, dishware, silverware, glassware, and staffing.

Bar

• All Inclusive Packages available.

• All beverages at Shanahan’s Barn Events must be ordered and dispensed by CG&F staff, no exceptions.

Food

• You may choose any licensed/bonded caterer. However, CG&F retains the right to approve outside catering vendor.
• Outside Caterers must provide everything necessary for dinner service, including wait staff, and are responsible for all aspects of food service, table maintenance, and cleanup.

Extras

• Upgrades to linen may be ordered through CG&F for a fee.
• Extra tables and seating (cocktail tables, chivari chairs) must be rented through CG&F for a fee.

Set up / Break Down

• Seating set up and break down of included items according to the agreed upon floor plan.
• All detailed set up must be arranged in advance and may be performed by an outside source, such as a brides family and friends or Wedding Planner.
